Experience

After graduated as LLM from Jilin University in May 2007, Li Yang worked as legal supervisor in Shanghai Moliyo Digital and Entertainment Ltd (SMDE) which is focus on developing and operation online game. When she worked in SMED, she also dealt with legal matters of the affiliate companies including the company engaged in retail of furniture and decorations and the finance consulting company.

From July 2010 to September 2015, Li Yang worked in Shanghai Barry Law Firm as Junior Partner.

Since September 2015 to now, Li Yang works in Shanghai Alshine law Firm as Senior Partner.

Professional Area

1. Internet and High & New Technology:Li Yang is experienced at IP protection of internet/E-commerce companies, especially copyright of software, anti-private server for online game and is familiar with laws and regulations about the operation of online game.

2. Intellectual Property: Li Yang has rich experience in litigation and arbitration about disputes arising out of Intellectual Property (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, patent and commercial confidentiality) tort and license agreement etc. Li Yang is also experienced at designing and implementing Intellectual Property system for clients to prevent IP tort.

3. Foreign Investment and Corporate Law: Li Yang has rich experience in dealing with affairs about foreign investment. She is familiar with internal legal risk controlling. She is experienced in the litigation and non-litigation cases under corporate law, including drafting and perfecting the charter of the company, designing and perfecting the corporate governance mechanism, dealing with all matters during the share transfer, claiming for or defending the shareholder’s liability to the debt of the company.

4. Contract affairs:Li Yang is expert in dealing with different contract affairs through negotiation, litigation, arbitration, including without limitation to IP license agreement, transport contract, sales contract, Insurance contract etc.

5. Disputes arising from Labor Contract: Li Yang has rich experience in dealing with the arbitration and litigation about labor contract disputes. She can also help companies to set up and/or perfect employee management system.

6. Personal Injury: Li Yang has dealt with large numbers of personal injury cases happened in traffic accident, and is also experienced at handling injury suffered on the job.

7. Li Yang also provides legal service for non-litigation cases, such as negotiation, M&A, drafting and revising legal documents, Due diligence etc.
